EXPERIENCE:
Experience in working with an automated records management system.
Experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in viewing and handling files pertaining to the retention and disposition process.
Experience in preparing boxes to transfer them to an offsite storage facility.
Experience in managing records including classifying, indexing and searching archival records.

Preference will be given to Canadian Citizens.
A written exam may be administered.
