Hi, we bought Minto's Poloma+Bonus room at about $250,000 in Morgan's Grand area last Feb, and moved in last Aug.
Today we got the Property Assessment Notice 2004, the assessed value of my property as of June 30, 2003 is $287,000.
I called MPAC today and told them Minto are still building the same model in the same area and they are not selling so high, but I was told the selling value can not reflect the real value of the house, normally the house worths more than the selling value. I asked if the house worths more, why Minto don't sell it for more? At the end, the guy asked me to fill in a Request For Reconsideration form.
Does any one has the same scenario?
