3* Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson.

Booked 3 nights in late Dec at $37/night on PriceLine

For sure #37-38 is OK for any dates in Dec 20-25(hotel list price $129, then $189 after 25th).
But not Dec 31(listed price $299), at least $60 for that night, I aslo tried $102 for any 2* plus hotel in Time Square area, but did not get anything.
This Hyatt has $15/day self parking fee if not weekend, just as other hotels in Manhatan DT. But you get get free parking hotels further West, but transportation to Manhatan DT is an issue.
