圣诞假期想出去走走，谁能告诉我办理去美国旅游签证的相关手续？？？
这个过程是不是很苛刻烦琐？大概需要多久？

Ok, it is not complicate, but takes time. I just reserved an appointment for visa application for my mom-in-law yesterday, the first available date is Jan. 4, 2005. So you won't get visa before that.

To apply the visa, first of all, make an appointment either via phone or the web page which you can find out from American Embassay website. Then you just need go on time for the interview. You can get the visa on the same day of interview if they give you.

直接去使馆不可以预约的吗?

只能网上或者电话预约...不过你可以多试几次，万一有人cancel呢...（后面这个我猜的，不过也没什么别的招）
