How to extend my mother's visit VISA?

question:
1.How long the application will get there?
2.How long I should post the applicaton before
the expire day?
3.What documents I should prepare? I need the
details.If anyone had experience about this, would mind to sharing the information to me?

Apply 120 days before the visa expires

3.What documents I should prepare? I need the
details.If anyone had experience about this, would mind to sharing the information to me?

120days ? Are you sure? But the documents said, at least 30 days, I confused.

CIC will NOT look at the application unless the VISA expires in 120 days. But 30 days is the 'at least' recommanded date cuz regular processing time is 30 days.
