It seems to me that the higher education you have the more difficult it is for you to land a job in Canada regardless which area we are talking about (high tech, biotech, you name it).
The funny thing, though, is that you need to have such "honoured" education to immigrate here.
The cultural difference plays a big role here: In China, higher education normally means better and high ranking positions; however, this rule does not apply here in North America. It is bad especially for overseas Chinese, isn't it? Hope that this phenomina will be gone for our next generation!!
