proposal: create our own child care group

I have a son and I am thinking going back to school.
I have little money and no help from parents for child care.

If anyone have similar problem as I have: study and raise child at same time?

I am thinking if it possible to create a self support child care group. As a group member, we get to know each other and look after our children in turn. So all of us would save money, time and energy.

If any Qian2 Bei4 have any suggestions, I would be really appreciated.
