I am renting a room of a 2 bedroom at China town(on Anderson St. at Booth). But the landlady does not want to give me the room unless both rooms are rented.
Kichen and washroom shared with me and my mum (she is on temp visa, she is nice and can do cooking for you). Rental $380, including water, heat. We can share telephone and internet(negotiable). Starting from Jan 1.
