I have problems too. There is no 4xx or 5x error reminding.
One "Debug" window pops up. After press "Don't send" button, another error window pops up :"An error has occured in Internet Explorer. Internet explorer will now close..."

Just can not open the link.

If you don't have the problem, it means we have something wrong with our IE. Otherwise, it's the fault in Wenxuecity.com end.
