身边只要是有一年工作经验的留学生，很少有不申请移民的。成功大多只是时间问题，只要你能在加国等上2年。面试不面试，谁也不可能现在就答复你，还有体检什么时候，都是不确定的。你可以在cic网站上找到现在处理“技术移民申请”的进度，申请地不同，所需时间也大相径庭。
应该早点交申请。

If you have work experience, it is very simple.

1) just download the "Independent" application form from CIC.

2) gather all the necessary document and mail it to any Canadian embassy or consulate general in oversea; take into the account of application back log and interview location, you may want to mail it either to Buffalo or Seattle;

3) Wait for instructions for body checkup and interview. Generally, they would not ask for an interview unless they want to clearify information from your application.

4) Once the body check up & interview are done; wait for decision from them.



If you don't have work experience; I suggest you to take the advantage of enrolling into co-op from your school. This is the best way to find job while you are a student.

看来你什么材料都没有看，又那么紧急，还是自己先去www.cic.gc.ca看看吧. 你的问题太generic 了, 都因case而异。你如果没有一年连续的工作经验，再有律师也没用。如果你有了工作经验，我建议你找律师。

Yes it does count. You take the total hours divide by 37.5 hours/week to get the equivalent full-time experience.

累计总时间再按楼上的每周多少小时折算成全职
具体我也没算过

一年全职工作大概是2080小时的工作时间, (52周 X 40H/周), 半职也可以算, 只要你凑够这么多的小时数. TA, RA是头衔, 不是职业, 算不算工作经验一般要看工作内容和性质, 如果你的工作内容很专业, 应该算; 反之如果只负责给教授煮咖啡就不算. (举例仅为说明问题, 并不是真的认为TA会去煮咖啡啊. 坛子了恐怕有不少TA, 我可不想被咖啡杯子砸...教授可能更多...)

那必须是连续工作吗？中间回国2，3个月会有影响吗？
