?Software analysis, design UML, OO A&D
?Strong programming skills in C++/C and Java in a UNIX environment
?Pragmatic development skills: debugging, resource tracing, design for performance and testability
?Distributed and multi-threaded programming on TCP/IP, ACE
?Internet Services and protocols: RADIUS, DIAMETER, COPS, Web, WAP, Mail, ftp, News, DHCP, DNS
?Network management, SNMP
?Fault tolerant and transactional systems
?LDAP/X.500 directory services
?Relational databases, SQL, replicated databases
?Strong drive to advance processes and tools that lead to higher effectiveness
?Focused, self-motivated, and pragmatic with good status reporting skills
?Excellent people skills for effective team work within the company and, at times, with customers
