breadmaker is great, very easy to use. We put ingredients in at night, set the delayed timer and have freshly baked bread in the morning.
面包机和一次面能蒸多少个馒头 -- depends on the size of your bun We use our breadmaker to make meat buns (bao zi), for a 2lb breadmaker, I can make about 25-30 fairly good sized meat buns.
Make sure to get a breadmaker with dough cycle (和面).
Breadmaker CAN 发面, with the help of yeast, but usually not to the desired level, you still need to let the dough sit and rise.
I usually let the dough relax(醒)twice: once when the dough cycle finishes, and once after I make the buns, but before putting them in the steamer. It also depends on your ingredients: I find that if I use milk instead of water, then I can skip the 2nd relax time.
