Minto New Englanders 的新房子怎么样啊？[问题]

Minto在Emerald Meadows建的The New Englanders，都是Town Home。有人买吗？小区位置和房型怎么样啊？请指教，谢谢。

They are quite small, and every month you have to pay $70 (basically for nothing - this is the part I really don't like). The layouts are good.

Since the street is small, there is no city-provided snow removal and garbage collection service. The fee is for such services.

I think the location is OK. This is just based on my instinct without any study. There is no bus service into that area. Minto and the original farm owner own the surrounding lands,expect more development around that area which means more dust and contruction traffic for the next few years.

Went to check out Minto's New Englander several times. It is located right next to the Bridlewood residential area and surrounded by farmland. If you like open space, this is a good choice. Some new Englander townhouse are back to a large open field, thus no rear end neighbors. Although the sizes (street, driveway parking space, and the house) are small, I think it is the best choice for budgetary buyers. The house come with fire place & finished basement. However, there are $70/month for snow removal & grass cutting. Talked to a homeowner and found out bus has started serving the area.
