坐车的话，应该可以在过境的时候找个小店换钱，要求硬币
做飞机的话，机场更应该有货币交换的地方了
所以有所准备就不用担心

No, you can't. I have tried before, but failed. Canadian quater is lighter than US quater.

Yes, it is ok to phone in Canada.

What I have tried was using Canadian quater in the states.

一元人民币肯定不值25美分的，用了，不就是少给了人家公用电话公司了
这是很可耻的，就象偷窃一样
而且用的是人民币，人家一看就知道是咱们中国人

No you can't use US quarters in Canada either, at least not on the Bell phones which also accept La Puce.

I was told that pay phone figures out the coins you insert by weigh them, is that still the case?
