The most obvious but easily forgotten: Make sure the cable is plugged into the power supply.

If you power cable is OK, most likely be the power supply problem. Try to buy one from 二手市场 or go to any computer store to buy a new one. After replace it, if still not working, you may return the power supply and ask expert for help.

if is not PS problem, change the MB.

I think I will first go to get a power supply and see what will happen. If it is not OK, the problem may be from the Mother Board.

I just bought a power supply labeled as 350W at $30CAD after tax. It seems everything is OK now.
