There are a few lighting shops along Richmond near Westboro area. The Market is another good place for simplistic European style lighting fixtures.

I've ordered a pendant light from Quoizel catalogue, and the only retailer I found in our region for Quoizel is:

I've seen a Arco floor lamp at Roche Bobois (22 York, 860-3273)

Also many NOGUCHI paper lamps at Phillip Van Leeuwen (10 ByWard Market, 562-0700)

For best variety and priced spotlights, I think Ikea is the place to go
