改地址要去学校的ROBERTSON HALL 的BUSINESS OFFICE。 另外去你希里的办公室去告知他们。
在网页上是查不到你的欠款的。 在TOUCH TONE SYSTEM 上应该有。 就是那个电话注册的系统上。

How do I know the school has updated my address? I noticed them by E-mail.

Unfortunately, the school doesn't normally reply to you to confirm the change. Even if they did, there could be some departments don't have your information updated. That is how the system was when I was there. Nevertheless, you will know whether your address has been changed when you receive the next letter form school at your new address.
