Telling the truth

What you said is not true. As I know, the gentleman is not
a visiting scholar. The lady and him are friend only. He is very kind and nice to help the others.
The reason why QQOTTAWA heard the noise is because this gentleman was tutoring the landlord's kid. I knew the landlord and She is a very nice lady.

First of all, I don't want to post anything against QQOTTAWA, but
