我住TOWNHOUSE, 邻居住了几个年轻人,经常被他们播放的大声音乐烦扰, 请问用什么方法可以阻止他们. 如果打电话给CITY OF OTTAWA去COMPLAIN, 有用吗? 如打电话给警察,可行吗?

Let your neighbour know your concern first, and ask the opinion or the other side of that neighbour... Hope your neighbour will be responsible for their behaviour...

OR an expensive way: move out and buy a single house..

You should call city of Ottawa(Not Police any more).

Police doesn't handle nosie complaint anymore, unless it is related to other criminal offences.
