琵琶豆腐╋A very delicate dish!! There might be different way of making it, this is more of a Cantonese style. it is pretty easy to make except the deep fry part. If you order this dish in the restaruant, espeically in Ottawa, this is how they make it. Goodluck!!
琵琶豆腐
材料:
豆腐 6?
躜悟肉 四 ?

售花、芫荽(香菜) 各少杂
膈蛋? ?脞
?汁/配料:
?╋糖╋胡椒粉╋铰酒╋蚝油╋ 麻油╋ 老抽╋ 清?╋生粉
做法:
1) 滴乾豆腐的水份╋躜悟剁碎?用╋滴乾水份。拍你切成米粒大小。售花、芫荽切碎。把豆腐、躜悟肉、拍你、售花、芫荽放在一大碗中,加?、膈蛋?、麻油、胡椒粉各少杂整味,再加生粉╋清?╋拌均?成豆腐泥
2)??柃落油四五碗,用?匙粘柃中的油,再砚?一?匙平的,待油?就蒺蒺把豆腐滑下柃彦,一?一?滑落柃彦炸,全部炸至金?色。
3)加一些油╋?把青菜?熟╋ ?起?在豆腐旁?。
4)??1茶匙油,放入?汁,煮?後淋在豆腐上,放售花、芫荽(香菜)即可供食
