My neighbor always turn on his stereo very loudly at day time and night time(some time after 11:00pm). If I call by law office or police, Will he get a record? Is it effect on security clearance? If not, I will do the same way becaue it draw me crazy. I'll appreciate you very much if someone give me an answer or idea. Thanks a lot.

你直接找律师或者报警 不太好

万一别人有了犯罪记录怎么办

也给别人一次机会
