Not a bank. Also, in Lincoln Field area,(close to Wal Mart), there is a agent called "Accu Rate Exchange" (something like that), I used to go there exchanging my money.

The rates were much better than bamks'(2 years ago, not sure now). They accepted cash and interac, they gave you cash. You can phone them asking for current rate.
