They have different rate for selling or buying, but I never pay them for "service fee".

sure, what called 'service fee' is the difference between the real market rate and the bid-ask rate they provide you with. But you just exchange at the rate on their board.

Everybody charges you this "service fee", the only difference is whose rate is the best.
