有没有人在futureshop的网上买过东西？？

几天前在他的网上买了台电视，到现在还没给送来！！急死了！！！谁有在futureshop网上购物的经验？？？大概要等多久阿？？？谢谢~

they will send u an email before proccessing your order to any next step. so just check your email box. actually, they will also give u your order number after u order sth and a tracking number after they send it to u.

噢噢，刚刚查过status了，是“availuable to pickup”，但没写要去哪里pickup~~那就是怎样阿？？是要自己去拿还是他会直接送上门来的呀~~

我记得futureshop的单子一般是ups送的吧
如果不在家，会在门上贴个条子告诉下次送的时间的啊

1) First you can go to the web site of Futureshop to check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, a link to the carrier's web site will be displayed and you can track the delivery status of your package. Now the package almost has nothing to do with Futureship.
2) Normally the carrier will deliver the package to your home. If you were not at home, they will leave a notice and tell you when they will try again. Normally they will deliver up to three times. If you missed all of them, they will leave a notice to tell you which dept you can pick up or they will return the package to Futureshop.
3) There are exceptions for large and heavy items. I ordered an Aircon two years ago from FS and it was shipped by Canada Post. They didn't deliver to my home. Instead they left a notice and I picked it up from the nearest post office.

I ordered on 25th, and i got both the items I ordered.

几经波折，电视终于到家了，不过又发现原来是坏的，那天害我又得拿回去换，唉~~还是免不了到futureshop一趟
