这个学校在VICTORIA BC，很小，原本是铁路有关的学校，后来变成了PUBLIC UNIVERSITY，不过口碑不知道，去过一次，里面没怎么看见中国人。呵呵，这就是我所知道的拉。

Royal Road University is one of the newest universities in Canada. It is a public funded university. RRU was a military college in the past. It has a beautiful campus surrounded by old trees and facing the pacific ocean. Since the university is new, it does not offer a lot of programs.

I heard that they offer new programs to Chinese international students just for money. Now there are lots of Chinese students going there because it does not require any English test or school record, and it's easy to get a diploma without studying much. So how about quality? You decide by yourself.I also heard that you don't even need to know English to take some classes, as certain classes are taught in Chinese for only Chinese students.
