how to claim tax?

landed immigrant, went back after 2 week. How to claim 2004 tax? could not claim? Thanks

好像以前有规定，加拿大居住不到半年的，可以推迟到下一年的再算
不知道现在是否还是这个规定。

maybe I didn't describe clear. My friend landed at March. Stayed here for 2 weeks and got SIN. Then he went back China and not back here any more. Now he ask whether he need claim tax and how to claim?
