请问part-time student 那个re-entry visa 可以签得出吗？或者要找律师才可以的？急。。。。谢谢

There will not be a problem if you register 3 courses, and state as part-time student. However, if you only have 2 courses or less, you will face a problem regarding your visa extension.

you can apply your reentry visa later after you have finished two terms as full time students

thanx...but it's kinda emergency,cuz i need get back to china for summer &there isnt much time left to take 2 terms as a full-time student...so...im just wondering if i can get my re-entry visa done by hiring a lawyer or something?thanks
