about Ming Auto Service, 在ottawa如何投诉?

我的汽车转弯灯时灵时不灵， 今天拿去 Ming Auto Service(在168边上), 老板Ming Au看了后说是signal flasher 坏了，他打电话给Tony Graham确认有零件后，让我去买，他说很贵，还买了就不能退了，我花了110元， 买回来他换上后发觉不是这个零件坏，他拒绝为这事负责，还说什么老虎都有打盹时，他打盹我就亏了110元。我说我要投诉他，他说随便。 不知在ottawa如何投诉这类事？谢谢。

Have you tried to ask Toyota dealership if they can give you a store credit for the part?

You can file your complaint to Ontario Better Business Bureau.
