今天收到Furnace公司的信，称新房两年保修即将到期，如要续保修计划，每年155元。有买此种保修计划的必要吗？

If the furnace is oil-fired, it requires maintenance annually, and for gas-fired every other year. Just like a car.

As I said there is no need for such a plan for a brand-new house, maybe after 5 years or longer...
