好像房屋保险逐年涨，想换一家合适的房屋保险公司。

StateFarm 是不是相对便宜一些？ 问过几家，它是最便宜的。

Even with group rate and multi-product discount, it is still a very attractive deal!

Have you tried PC Financial? If you don't have a group plan, PC may be a good choice.

The major items in policy include:
-1 million liability
-490,000 insured value, all perils
-$500 deductible

Some conditions are:
-single detached dwelling
-NO security system
-vinyl siding
-2 smoke detectors
-non-smokers
-hydrant within 100 ft
-fire station within 4 (??) miles

This is a very good deal. Some insurance companies charge $700-900 for the similar coverage. BTW, The Personal only accept group buy customers.

You didn't read carefully. 小傻 said IF YOU DON'T HAVE A GROUP PLAN, PC is your best choice.

What is group insurance?
Is $530/year for single new house cheap? I have auto insurance with them. Seems I cannot find any cheaper than this.
