Ottawa's Suisha Gardens is not the same as Vancouver's 水车屋.
Ottawa one is higher class, and Vancouver's are buffet style.

好像那个chef是中国人，两三年前的事了

我当时在看菜单，没吃就走了，给吓走的

一直不知道他的中文名字叫什么，不过对，我在这里吃过最好的日本料理就是Suisha Gardens了
在Slater & Bank,很多车都到的，坐到bank那站下就好
