Do you have the tracking number of the parcel? If you do, you can find out where your parcel was scanned last time. The website is: www.canadapost.ca
Canada post will issue a first parcel pick up notice if there is no one home at the time of delivery. the parcel will be kept at postal outlut for pick up. If they have not heard from the recipient in a week, they will send out a second notice, and they parcel will be kept for another week. If still no one pick it up, it will return to the sender. I have expeienced problem with the pick up notice, one time, a parcel was sent to me, and I did not get any the pick up notice at all. In fact, my parcel had arrived, and was sitting at the postal outlet for two weeks, and I neither got the first nor the second pick up notice. As a result, my parcel was returned back to the sender. To avoid the same problem, you may want to find out the postal outlet that is designated to handling the postal service for your area, and contact them to check for your parcel.
