一年是180吧

I have received several QQH asking about my rental insurance:

here is the details:

Insurer: Royal & Sunalliance
Premium: $36 + $2.88 = $38.88
Tel: 613-238-4444

I did not search around for the insurance company since Osgoode has a predetermined rate already.
