明天叫了朋友来刷墙 希望能刷好

但是我不知道水性漆和油性漆的区别.. 不知道应该买哪种漆来刷墙..

希望有高人指点

Yes you have to paint it back to white. How bad could it be? I can't imagine, perhaps take a photo and we'll see see.
As for your carpet, you should find out whether the paint you used is water based or oil based: water based, use water and oil based use a paint thinner. Pour it over the spilled area and scrub it hard then use a wet vacuum to suck out the excess water. You can repeat this until the paint spill becomes lighter and lighter until it's hardly noticeable. It's almost impossible to get all paint spills out, but it should be hardly noticeable anyway.

BTW, paint spills are better cleaned when it's still wet, it's probably too late for you, but this is for the benefit of other members of this forum.

If you don't want to do that, you can pay someone to do that for you. But there is really no technique involved here, only labor, so better DIY.

好像刷白漆前要涂一层什么底料，否则原来的颜色不容易盖住。忘了英文叫什么了，你去店里问问便知。就说墙原来是蓝的，现在要涂白，都需要买什么。顺便也问问地毯上的油漆什么东西可以弄掉。

If the wall is already painted, then you don't need a primer. Just paint more coats on to hide the original color.

实际只要弄白了就可以了,因为下个住家近来MINTO还是要从刷的.关于地毯,你可以用点那种推色的水忘了叫什么了,应该没有什么问题吧

问题就是就算他们重新刷 他们还是会罚款上一位居住者的

会罚款吗？我以前找房子时，以前住的couple painted the apartment, also changed the mirror in the bathroom. And the landlord told me if we didn't like the color, they will painted them back to white.And I like the color, so I asked them to keep it as it was.但不知他们是否被罚款？
