请教版主和各位,有关换枫叶卡的问题

请教各位, 我去年登陆加拿大,现在要马上回国,打算明年5月来换枫叶卡,移民局网站上说2001年登陆的人在今年年底到明年2月底之间处理换卡的事,那我可不可以在此时间后换,(当然明年年底前要换卡),还是必须按照移民局网站上的时间换卡?
假如该时间段内(如上所说的年底到明年2月间)永久居民因故来不及换卡,难道就不能换了吗? 多谢

可以在其它时间申请，不过移民局所列的时间段是为这部分人提供优先处理，提前或者延后就没有优先权了，其他都一样。

Please check the goverment notices on Ottawa Weekend (last week or the week before last week).There are very detailed regulations they post on Chinese newspaper.
