There is a new jewellery store in Bayshore, right besides the Second Cup, they sell pretty cute sterling silver jewelleries. Price range: about $60

A girl in Guang Er Gao Zhi also sells imitation Tiffany Elsa series, sterling silver, looks pretty good on photo.

Magpie Jewellery in Rideau Center has good stuff.
JianJian's store in Bayshore is called Freyer, and they are based out of Windsor Ontario. Pretty good stuff, quite pricey, but worth it.
