[问题] Car Insurance?

Due to moving out of the country, I have to terminate my Car insurance policy with TD Meloche Monnex. However, I got a a notice in verbel for extra charge around $265 for Cancellation Fees. It does not show on my contract how much I should pay for Cancellation Fees if I terminate my contact after 91 days. It is 12% of the total. Do you think it is reasonable charge for that? Is there any law to let them charge me that much? Please provide me help how to deal with this. Thank you very much for your time and help.

that price is around that range
