Real estate lawyer recommendation?

Can anyone recommend a competent and inexpensive real estate lawyer? What I found so far the lawyer fee is around 500 to 700, but the disbursement fees can added up to 1000.

500-700 is pretty good rate, but disbursement fee should only be about 250-400.

Most lawyer charge 500 to 700 for the lawyer fee. The disbusement is more expensive for condo buyers, becasue there are several more document (such as condo by-law etc.) that the lawyer need to read. Buying a single home is cheaper for lawyer fee.
