求助！像我这样的情况security check能过关吗？

我现在在跟老婆一起申请移民，倒霉的是上个月我们曾经吵了一架，当时打了911两人都被带到局子里审问，关了大半天，虽然后来没有被起诉，但是很担心这是不是一种arrest??申请移民的时候security check能过关吗？
请知道的前辈们指点一下了，真是后悔死了

前辈不要开玩笑了，我是真得后悔＋着急＋害怕啊！到底在局子里得大半天会不会成为我得不良记录，忐忑死了

Have the police said the following to you (or your wife):

You are under arrest for xxxxxxx, you have the right to remain silent, but if you don't, your words can and will be used in the court of law against you ?

If you heard those words, congratulations, you have been arrested. Otherwise you haven't.


But stop worrying. ONLY a conviction of a crime that are punishable for 5 years in prison or up will result in the failure of background check. So your immigration application is safe.

题外话: 希望你们是真的觉得生命或者人身安全受到威胁才打911.

911电话不是用来表明谁吵架更凶的, 更不是一方拿来威胁另一方的工具. 911是应该救命的.

题外话: 希望你们是真的觉得生命或者人身安全受到威胁才打911.

911电话不是用来表明谁吵架更凶的, 更不是一方拿来威胁另一方的工具. 911是应该救命的.

您说的是啊，我当时真是脑子发热，中了邪了，嗨！！而且也没想到加拿大这儿的警察那么小题大做，本以为说几句就结了，谁知道还被带进去，唉，。估计也是为难我们中国人。。。
以后再不做这傻事了！

if you were under arrested, it means you were suspect. If you were not convinced criminal later, that's fine. No record!
