Group of people including myself went to Mr.Volpe? (Minster of Immigration) office this morning, as the representatives of our group ?ponsor your Parents?(We have to keep this name since it? also the name of our website).
We had a meeting with Mr. Volpe? assistant. He asked us about our group and gave us an official paper with fax and phone number of Mr. Volpe office in Ottawa. We are required to submit this application in order to make an appointment with Minister of Immigration. The appointment will be made in the name of our group ?ponsor your Parents? Maximum of three people can represent our group at the meeting with the Minister.
We are preparing the documents today and will both fax and mail them tomorrow. The meeting will take place either in Toronto or Ottawa.
