屋顶滑冰块----急！

前些天，天气暖和，屋顶上的雪结冰后，很大一整块冰从上面滑下来，砸在车库前。
还好当时没有人，也没有车，否则太恐怖了。
有谁碰到过这种情况吗？这太危险了。正常吗？
是不是装了屋檐漏水（EAVESTROUGH）后，就能避免呢？

I have not experienced anything like this. My gut feeling is that your house is somehow leaking hot air, otherwise snow should only stay as snow and not melting into ice, the late warm temperature could be another culprit as well. Eavestrough is probably not going to help in this case.

我让builder来检查了，说isolation都正常。隔壁邻居也出现同样问题。不过装了eavestrough的人，就没出现，可能是eavestrough挡住了冰滑下来。
