1).Who are looking for the place in building or house area for living room or bedroom,make sure you're legal activity(living)with first or second landlord.... & consent from building rental office or property owner even written approval for an assignment by them.otherwise your moneys should be lose & evict caused by any the landlord's application,because you are an unauthorized tenant out of lease.and whatever a first or second landlord is alway = tenant & not = owner.....My friend is building superintendent,action is now!!!!
2).A tenant is responsible for any damage,alteration,restructure to the property ( such as living room restructure or alteration became bedroom with door on..)caused by the tenant or any guest whether deliberate or by accident & must consent by rental office or property owner approval
,any certain repairs or maintenance has not been done,they might faceing eviction for doing so with any the landlord properties repair cost added.keep your tenancy as prior as you move in as well.
