I got a phone call from 1-514-xxx-xxxx, the guy said he wanted to verify some information about my rogers cable. but i don't have any cable service right now. since this call was from Montreal, I just hang up. later on, i call this number back, and it is rogers customer service number, I talked to them, they say don't know who was calling, let me forget it, anybody has an idea?

There was a big report on TV not too long ago on this scam.
