House Price Increased Again

Spring is coming soon.......Tartan increased its prices for $4000 on Feb 15/05... This is the third time that Tartan incrases its pricing since Oct/04... I though the housing market should be kind of flat in 2005... but it seems that I was wrong..

The cost to build a new house increases including labor and material. That probably part of the reason to raise the price for new home.

Another $5000 price increase for all Tatan semis in the mid-March. Those who are interested in Tartan homes, hurry up since another price increase will be effective at the end of March.
