I have not had any luck finding a lawyer charged less than $900 all inclusive. You can try this one below, it costs $1119 + GST. Does not include Land tranfer tax and condominium status certificate if you are buying a condo.

Sorry guys. I am a newbie in finding a real estate lawyer. Someone who bought an one bedroom apartment around Sandy Hill last fall told me that he only spent $690 totally (It is a service package). But his lawyer is in vacation and also the service given was very simple. That is why I come up a number as $900. Maybe I should say "looking for a real estate lawyer with a reasonable price.."

Still any recommendation is appreciated. Thanks all.
