我有朋友投诉过, 你会受到封信说会处理你的投诉. 但调查跟处理的结果不会告诉你...

There is a list of M. Doctor found guilty of professional misconduct. Please click "Discipline Committee Decisions" in the link below:
http://www.cpso.on.ca/Info_Public/infopub.htm

Selected doctors' name, and you would see a short summary regarding the doctor's misconduct. Click the "Summary", "Full Decison" or "Appeal Decison" hyperlink would show the investigation report.

I am not sure why your friend did not get reply. May be the investigation still undergoing. Did your friend follow up with them?
