Need Advice for Oracle DBA interview !

Hi, all,
I got an interview for Oracle DBA job position next week. I need your advice for this interview. I have no DBA experience, but I have development working experience on Oracle environment. I also got the Oracle OCP certification for Developer 6i by selflearning. I set up my oracle server environment, do my exercise for this certification.
I need the following information:

1. What is the general duties for DBA ?

2. What kind of work does the DBA usually do?

3. Are there any technical question for DBA interview?
