Position 1: Full Time Office Assistant

Term of Employment: Full time, Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 4:00pm.
Salary: $8 to $12 hourly;
Anticipated Start Date: Apr 4th 2005.

Skill requirement:
Education: completion of college or higher
Experience: Experience an asset
Language: Madanarin and English; French and Cantonese an asset.
Basic Skills: Must be fimilar with Windows, MS Office and Internet applications.
Specific Skills: Type and proffread documents on the website, prepare and type reports and spreadsheets using MS Office, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Provide general information to clients and the public.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Job task planning and organizing, Bookkeeping software use, and Sales promotion.

*The Candidate Must be able work in Canada legally: Canadian Citizen、Canadian Permanent Resident or International Student has graduated within 3 months.
