You mean the tiny spot he got inside of his eye-lids ? or at the edge of the eye-lids? You have to make sure it is actually "沙粒肿" cause i remember there are two types of such kind of things happend to the eye-lids.

沙粒肿 :

1. Chalazion (or)
2. Meibomian Cyst

which is characterized by localized swelling due to obstruction of a meibomian gland( around the eye lids).
