请问Emerald Meadows这个区怎么样?
看中一个房子landover, 不知那里会不会太靠加油站, 交通如何, 购物方便吗?

You mean that Esso at Stoneheaven and Richmond? I probably know which house you're talking about

Emerald Meadows/Bridlewood is a very good neighbourhood...

There are several houses for sale on the same street behind the ESSO gas station. I would think twice (not recommend) when buying these houses located right behind the gas station. Resale value and safty are a concern.

Talked to few home owners who live in Emerald meadow area, all comments are positive. Actually, we are moving to Emerald Meadow in Summer.

Heard news in radio the other day that Esso has a lawsuit in Toronto re underground soil and waster pollution because of the broken petrolumn pipe/container in the gas station. People living nearby are looking for compensation for relocating to similar, close-urban area.
